Licence and Recourse
Every answer below is sorted into two buckets: what can be verified from outside, and what cannot be checked until after WalletConnect sign-in. The second bucket is marked explicitly, because pretending otherwise is how affiliate pages mislead.
Who is actually behind Bet25?
The company is Horns and Hooves Company Sociedad Anonima, incorporated in Costa Rica under registration number 3-101-922698. Its gaming licence — No. ALSI-202505001-FI1 — comes from the government of Anjouan, an autonomous island within the Union of Comoros. Verified, and worth stating plainly: this is an offshore licence, not a Tier-1 regulator.
What does an Anjouan licence actually protect?
Less than players tend to assume. There is no UK- or EU-style ombudsman behind it, and if a dispute over terms goes against you, formal recourse is limited — that is the practical meaning of "offshore" and a core con of this platform. What the licence does not govern is game fairness: the titles come from outside studios that carry their own certifications, independent of whoever hosts them.
Can I play from my country?
Possibly not. Bet25 is not available in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Malta, Cyprus and a number of other restricted markets, and the service is void where prohibited. The authoritative list lives in the operator's terms — check it before connecting a wallet. Minimum age is 18+ everywhere, higher in some jurisdictions.
Is Bet25 trustworthy overall?
Our assessment lands at 4.7 out of 5, and that figure deserves its asterisks: the score reflects strong product plumbing — game breadth, on-chain payouts, an unusually visible wagering tracker — while the open cons remain real. Offshore licence with thin recourse, bonus terms that are not publicly disclosed, crypto-first banking with no broad fiat alternative, and meaningful market restrictions. A high score with caveats is not a clean bill of health.
Money In, Money Out
Which payment methods can be confirmed?
The published rails number 10+. Bitcoin and Ethereum head the list; stablecoins USDT and USDC follow; the chain assets BNB, Solana, Tron, Litecoin and Polygon round out the crypto side; WalletConnect is the connection layer; and Visa and Mastercard appear as card options. Verified as listed — per-asset conditions surface in the cashier, post-login.
Can I just use my bank card, then?
Cards are listed, but treat this as a crypto-first platform: there is no broad fiat banking offer, and the practical card experience — availability for your region, limits, processing — is not verifiable before sign-in. If you hold no crypto at all, confirm the card path works for you at the cashier before assuming it.
How fast are withdrawals really?
Two stages. On-chain settlement after approval moves at network speed — a genuine advantage of crypto rails, verified by how the rails work. The operator-side approval stage before broadcast is the unknown: no processing-time commitment is published anywhere. First half verified, second half unverifiable pre-login.
What about fees and limits?
Not published. Whatever fees or limits apply are displayed inside the cashier at the point of transaction, and network gas is always paid by the transacting wallet. A skeptic's note: an operator that publishes no limit schedule has, by definition, not committed to one. The payment examination goes deeper.
Will I be asked for identity documents?
Possibly. Verification demands at withdrawal time are standard practice across this segment — industry-standard framing, flagged as such — but Bet25 publishes no threshold at which checks trigger. Unverifiable pre-login. Budget time for it if you intend to withdraw meaningfully.
Bonus Terms
What is the welcome bonus, concretely?
Concretely, this much: an offer named First Bet Bonus, confirmed at WalletConnect registration. Amounts, multipliers, weightings, expiry — none of it is public. The operator's own instruction is to verify in the Bonus T&C at registration, and no honest page can tell you more. The promotions audit sets out the expected-value questions to run when the terms finally appear.
Do I need a bonus code?
No code is published for the welcome offer, and no public code list exists at all — code-based offers, where they occur, are targeted to accounts after sign-in. Anyone selling you a "current code" found nothing the operator published. Details and red flags: bonus codes examined.
How do I check what a bonus actually requires of me?
Through the one tool here that earns unqualified praise: Bonus Wager, a sidebar tracker showing live progress against an active bonus — stake counted so far, how each game category is contributing, what remains, and the time left. Verify claims against the tracker, not against marketing copy. More in the loyalty examination.

Account and Mobile
How do I open an account?
Via WalletConnect: connect a compatible self-custody wallet and the account exists — no email-and-password step. The walkthrough, including what to check before your first deposit, is on the registration page.
Is there a proper mobile app?
The platform runs as a responsive web application in any mobile browser, with wallet deep-linking — verified. A sidebar entry labelled App exists, but what it installs or links to is post-login information, so this page will not characterise it. Mobile specifics: mobile examination.
What support exists when something breaks?
Three channels can be confirmed: a Live Support chat entry in the platform sidebar, the email address info@hornsandhooves.co, and an FAQ / Help Center. No support hours and no response-time commitment are published anywhere — so do not assume around-the-clock staffing, whatever the widget's presence suggests. Keep evidence (screenshots, transaction hashes) before opening any dispute.
Player Protection
Where do I get help if gambling stops being entertainment?
Outside the operator entirely. Independent organisations — BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy among them — provide free, confidential support. All four are linked, alongside self-exclusion guidance and the steps for closing an account through the support channels above, on the responsible gambling page. This platform is for adults aged 18+ who treat it as paid entertainment with a fixed budget; the moment that frame slips, the help pages matter more than anything else on this site.
